User Agreement (Terms of Service)

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between TinyPlay, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Neurosell or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the website or related services and applications on the other hand.

This agreement is standard for all types of services and applications linked to Neurosell sites, unless the service or application hosts its own user agreement.

The Neurosell website is not a media outlet.

Subject of the agreement

The Administration grants the user the right to post the following information on the site and/or related services/applications:

- Text information in different languages. The main languages supported by Neurosell applications, services and websites are: Russian and English;

- Audio content, including musical works or voice messages;

- Videos in various formats, both copyrighted and with third party copyright holders (with consent from the copyright holder);

- Photographic material (personal, public);

- Links to materials posted on other sites/services/apps;

- 3D models / 2D art or other creative materials, including those created digitally or using neural networks;

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right to:

- search for information on the website and related services and applications;

- receive information on the website and related services and applications;

- create information for the website and related services and applications;

- disseminate information on the website and related services and applications;

- comment on the content published on the website and related services and applications;

- copy information to other sites/services/applications with indication of the source;

- copy information to other sites / services / applications with the permission of the copyright holder;

- require the administration to withhold any information about the user, according to the privacy policy posted at: https://nsell.tech/en/privacy/;

- require the administration to hide any information transmitted by the user to the site, according to the privacy policy posted at the address: https://nsell.tech/en/privacy/

- use the information on the website and related services and applications for personal, non-commercial purposes;

- to use the information of the website, as well as related services and applications, for commercial purposes with the permission of the copyright holders;

- interact with interactive elements of the website or related services and applications for the purposes provided by the functionality;

The administration shall have the right to:

- at its discretion and necessity to create, modify, cancel the rules of the current agreement;

- restrict access to any information on the website and related services and applications;

- create, modify, delete information on the website, as well as related services and applications;

- delete user accounts for the site and related services and applications;

- deny registration, restrict access to content or functionality of the website or related services and applications without giving any reason;

The user undertakes to:

- to ensure the reliability of the information provided within the framework of work with the website or related services and applications;

- ensure that personal data is kept safe from access by third parties;

- update the Personal Information provided during registration if it changes, in accordance with the privacy policy posted at: https://nsell.tech/en/privacy/;

- when copying information from other sources, include information about the author;

- not to disseminate information that is aimed at propaganda of war, incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and hostility, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided;

- do not disrupt the functionality of the website and the services and applications associated with it;

- not to create multiple accounts on the Site or in applications/services related to it, if in fact they belong to the same person;

- not to commit actions aimed at misleading other Users;

- not share your account and/or your account login and password with third parties;

- not register an account on behalf of or in place of another person except as required by U.S. law;

- do not post advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive material or any other information that is prohibited or contrary to applicable U.S. law;

- not to use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services;

The administration is committed to:

- maintain the performance of the site, its services or related applications, except when this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration;

- to protect the User's account in a variety of ways;

- protect information that is restricted or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting a violating user's account;

- provide all available information about the User to the authorized public authorities in cases established by law;

Liability of the parties

- the user personally bears full responsibility for the information he/she disseminates;

- the administration assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources;

- the administration is not responsible for any discrepancy between the services expected by the User and those actually received;

- the administration assumes no responsibility for services provided by third parties;

- in case of force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.) Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as uninterrupted operation of the information resource;

Terms and Conditions of the Agreement

This Agreement shall be effective upon any use of this site and its associated services or applications.

The Agreement will cease to be valid when a new version of the Agreement becomes available, which will be published on the website: https://nsell.tech/en/terms/.

The administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this agreement at its discretion.

When changing the agreement, in some cases, the administration may notify users in a convenient way.
